Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3- 4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include your order number, details of the items ordered, and an estimated shipping date.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s) and a link to track your order.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International Orders: Gold Label Trading is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipping Address Changes
- Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is in processing or has shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost/Stolen Packages: Gold Label Trading is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
- Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately at Gold Label Trading with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
